In the presence of HE Saeed Bin Tahnoon .. AAU participated in the event “Mother you are all Kind of Amazing”

Under the patronage of HE Sheikh Saeed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Al Ain University represented by the Deanship of Student Affairs participated in the event “Mother you are all Kind of Amazing”, which was held in Al Towaya Park – Al Ain City- and organized by the initiative “We Are the Same” in collaboration with Al Ain City Municipality as a strategic partner, with the support of Al Ain University and Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Future Generation Society .
This event comes under the slogan “Goodness Year in the Goodness Homeland” and coinciding with the Mother’s Day and the World Dawn Syndrome Day. The university participated in the event by providing gifts for visitors, different folklore shows and entertainment shows for children’s, where Al Ain University is eager to support and participate in all the events that strengthen the goodness culture.
For her part, Dr. Ibtehal Aburezeq –Dean of Student Affairs- expressed her pleasure to support this initiative which calls for spreading charity work culture, It also seeks to activate the role of people with special needs, integrate them into society, especially that the event comes on the occasion of the World Day of Down syndrome.
The AAU’s participation comes in order to the UAE President instructions to launch the year 2017 as a Giving Year, Where Al Ain University is keen on the contribution to serve the nation and support the giving journey in the giving nation.
