AAU participates in "Zayed Al Khair Convoy"

The Al Ain University represented by the Deanship of Student Affairs participated in “Zayed Al Khair Convoy” which were organized by the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development, over two days at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain, In the presence of HE Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, and HE Sheikh Saeed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, to reflect the pride in following the footsteps of the Founding Father, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
AAU participated with special booth to introduce the University's programs and service and provide products to the audience. In addition to, offering prizes to the winners of competitions held on stage.
The College of Mass Communication and Media students had a special participation by presenting different shows to express their love for the UAE and its nation, and their pride in participating in the “Zayed Al Khair convoy”.
Dr. Ibtehal Aburezeq, Dean of Student Affairs, said, “The participation of Al Ain University is an embodiment of the values of charity, giving, volunteering and social responsibility in the year of giving, and an expression of our appreciation to the father Zayed”, She added, “AAU is proud to participate with the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development and various local and federal institutions”.
Dr. Abdulrahman Theyab, Dean of the College of Mass Communication and Media expressed his pride in the participation of the students in the “Zayed Al Khair convoy” which reflects the spirit of gratitude and loyalty to the founder Sheikh Zayed.
