Al Ain University continues its ongoing support for the "Ramadan Aman" campaign in its 10th season, serving as a main hub for packing iftar boxes with the participation of faculty, administrative staff, and visitors from outside the university. Launched by the Ihsan Charitable Association in partnership with the Ministry of Interior, and in collaboration with traffic and police departments to reduce traffic accidents, the campaign aims to distribute iftar meals to drivers at major intersections and crowded areas during iftar time.
Dr. Enas Abu Lebdeh from the College of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences, and the head supervisor at the packing center in Al Ain city, commended the efforts of all those involved in the campaign and its volunteers, emphasizing that "Ramadan Aman" contributes to promoting the noblest meanings of social and humanitarian interaction with various segments of society.
It is worth mentioning that Al Ain University annually participates in the Ramadan Aman campaign alongside other voluntary initiatives, driven by its deep belief in the importance of engaging with the external community and contributing to the promotion of a culture of volunteerism while ensuring the security and safety of everyone.
