AAU Library Welcomes New Faculty members and Students

In collaboration with various colleges, Khalifa Library at AAU played an active role in the welcoming ceremonies for new faculty members and incoming students. As part of its contributions, the library organized comprehensive presentations that introduced attendees to its vast range of resources and services. These presentations highlighted key aspects of the library, including access to physical and digital collections, research tools, and support services tailored to different academic needs. Additionally, guided tours were conducted inside the library, allowing participants to familiarize themselves with the layout and facilities. The orientation sessions were particularly detailed, covering essential topics such as navigating the library’s databases, understanding the library's classification system, and utilizing e-resource technologies to efficiently access information. These efforts aimed to equip new members of the university community with the knowledge and skills to make the most of the library’s offerings throughout their academic journey.
